CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Eligibility
You can cancel: Before order is dispatched (automatic refund), Within 24 hours of placing order (processing fee may apply)
You cannot cancel: After order has been dispatched, Custom or made-to-order items, Final sale or clearance items
Cancellation Process
- Contact: Email contact@glitchbloom.com with order number
- 2. Confirmation: Verify order status via email
- 3. Processing: Cancellation processed within 24 hours if eligible
- 4. Refund: Refund issued to original payment method
Refund Timeline After Cancellation
Payment gateway refunds: 2-3 business days
UPI refunds: 2-3 business days
Card refunds: 5-7 business days
Processing fee (if applicable): ₹20-₹50
Cancellation After Dispatch
Product must be rejected at delivery. Accepted as return instead. Follow return policy procedures. Refund processed after inspection.
Partial Cancellations
Not applicable for single-item orders. Multi-item orders: Contact us for special request.
Non-Refundable Situations
Customer-initiated cancellation after 24 hours, Cancellation of final sale items, Cancellation fees already charged
Force Majeure
We may cancel orders due to: Product unavailability, Supplier failure, Natural disasters or emergencies, Government restrictions. Full refund will be issued immediately.
